Mrs. Brown had a wonderful lesson today on measurement. We measured gummy worms and boy some of those worms can be stretched like crazy. :) Thank you for a great lesson Mrs. Brown.

Book Club!

Today was our first day reading with our 5th grade friends from Mrs.Baileys class. We listened as they modeled what a good reader should look and sound like. We can't wait until next time!

We have been learning how to be a good speaker and listener in our classroom this week. Today we talked about questions words and how to ask and answer. The class loved using our mustaches! Ask your child to show you their mini "mustache" question books.

Summer almost over....

Wow what a quick summer!!! We had a great turnout at our Blythe Bower Back to School Celebration!!! Our best turnout in years! It was so nice to see my new students and their families. I can't wait to get the year started on Tuesday. Our new principal is blogging!
